Fikrah Technology Sdn. Bhd.

Fikrah Technology Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1994. It is a 100% wholly-owned and operated Bumiputra company. It was formed on the basis of supplying chromatography equipments and solutions, which still remains to this day. Fikrah Technology Sdn Bhd has outgrown the old office (which was a small rented room) and now operates from its own double-storey premise in Bandar Baru Bangi, Malaysia. From two founding members, we now have a marketing team, a service team and a management team.

Managing Director (Tuan Haji Supa’at Simin)

The MD is an ex-banker with vast experience in management. His experience, including when he was seconded from Maybank to Bank Negara from 1989 – 1991 to head the RM 500 million Entrepreneurs Rehabilitation Fund Scheme to rehabilitate ailing Bumiputra enterprises is crucial in managing Fikrah Technology Sdn Bhd.

With this experience, the MD oversees the company’s overall performance especially its financial affairs, administration and day-to-day running.

Marketing & Service Director (Tuan Haji Kasamani Pardan)

The Marketing & Service Director is a hands-on person. He was with UKM for 13 years as a senior laboratory technician where he impressed Hewlett-Packard (HP) with his knowledge in gas chromatography (GC). HP (now known as Agilent Technologies) promptly offered him to be their service engineer where he remained for nearly 3 years servicing HP GCs and MS (Mass Spectrometers) nationwide. He then left HP and team up with the current MD, and Fikrah Technology Sdn Bhd was born. The rest, as they say, is history.

His wide experience in handling and servicing chromatographic equipments has significantly contributed towards the success of the company. He has earned our customers trust by providing the solutions for their analytical labs and providing reliable after sales service and troubleshooting.
